What Do I Need Before My Combo Bounce House Delivery?
To help us provide a safe and smooth setup, please review the following bounce house setup requirements before delivery day.
Remember for any 1 day rental that falls on a weekend, we keep things simple and provide you with a FULL weekend rental at a flat rate as long as the weather cooperates (comparable to other's 1 day rate!)

Power Requirements
- A dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet must be available within 75 feet of the setup area
- The outlet should have nothing else running on the same circuit during use
- If you are unsure whether your outlet is dedicated, let us know before delivery
Water Slide Requirements
For water slide or slip-and-slide rentals:
- A working water spigot must be available within 50 feet
- Customers must provide a standard garden hose long enough to reach the inflatable
Access to Setup Area
Please make sure:
- There is enough clear space for delivery equipment and the inflatable
- Gates, walkways, and entry points are wide enough for access
- We are informed ahead of time about any stairs, steep hills, tight corners, or difficult access areas
Yard Preparation
The setup area should be:
- Flat and level
- Clean and free of debris, sticks, rocks, pet waste, and sharp objects
- Free of low hanging branches or overhead obstacles
Underground Utility Lines
Please notify us before setup if there are:
- Sprinkler lines
- Water lines
- Gas lines
- Septic systems
- Invisible dog fences
- Any underground utilities or obstacles in the setup area
Inflatables are secured with stakes whenever possible for safety.
Pets
For the safety of our staff and equipment:
- Dogs and other pets should remain indoors or secured during delivery and pickup
Shade & Weather
If possible, shaded setup areas are recommended during hot summer days, especially for inflatable units without covered roofs.
Additional Important Information
Please let us know ahead of time if:
- Your yard has soft or muddy ground
- The setup area is primarily concrete or asphalt
- There are HOA restrictions or limited parking
- You have any concerns about space or power access
